What is the consultation about?

When new building projects take place in Camden, developers may be charged what is known as the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).

This money is used to fund key infrastructure across the borough, including local CIL funding for projects in the areas where the development is happening. These could be improvements to parks, streets or community facilities, for example.
